We’re looking for a Program Coordinator who can help us with our after-school program. Program Coordinator Duties:

  • Track and manage progress, timetables, and budgets of assigned projects.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication between contractors, engineers, architects, and other project team members.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation.

Program Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update inventory, financial, and other records, and monitor contract obligations with a goal of building relationships with reliable contractors and vendors.
  • Work closely with construction managers in completing preconstruction, construction, and closeout tasks.
  • Manage subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of services, and assure compliance with all safety standards and requirements.
  • Assist in planning, developing, and implementing recruitment, training, and development programs.
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years’ relevant experience.
  • Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and fundraising.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry.
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
