Progressive Claims Adjuster Trainee Duties:

  • Assist in resolving claim disputes
  • Research and compile information on claim history, actuary reports, and reserve estimates
  • Assist in compiling statistical data and compile administrative reports
  • Process and coordinate internal claims file audits
  • Assist in calculating return on investment (ROI)
