A project analyst is a professional or academic who specializes in analyzing, managing, and coordinating people, data, and technology usage in projects.

Project analysts are sometimes called project architects or project managers.

Project analysts are often responsible for setting the project scope, reviewing project proposals, and hiring and managing the project coordinators.

Project analysts work in a variety of environments including government agencies, consulting firms, healthcare and information technology, and aerospace and automotive industries.

Project analysts generally work in an office environment during normal business hours.

They often need to travel to various locations during project execution.

Job Brief:

We're looking for a Project Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on projects in a corporate environment and be able to work with a variety of stakeholders. If you are a self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Project Analyst Duties:

  • Develop detailed project renderings and cost estimates
  • Create and manage project schedules and budgets
  • Develop project execution strategies
  • Coordinate project activities with clients, engineers, and architects
  • Create and manage project teams
  • Promote and manage the development of the firm
  • Work closely with Sales staff to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain clear and concise communications with clients, architects, designers, and team members

Project Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers and engineers by compiling and analyzing data for projects, and identifying trends, opportunities, and solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals and estimates to clients, and work with clients to ensure requirements are understood
  • Research competing products and vendors, and compile product comparisons for internal use
  • Assist project managers in establishing project budgets and schedules, and monitor expenditures
  • Prepare project kickoff and site meetings, and oversee performance of subcontractors during project
  • Assist project managers in managing project risks

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, construction management, organization development, or related field
  • 5+ years’ proven experience analyzing and designing construction projects
  • Ability to develop detailed work plans and schedules
  • Ability to analyze all types of engineering drawings and specifications
  • Experience coordinating multiple
