As a Project Consultant, you will be responsible for providing advice and assistance to our clients, as well as helping to manage and coordinate our projects. • Act as a liaison between field and management teams, providing guidance on issues and resolving conflicts regarding the company's strategic goals
• Assist in the design and implementation of complex construction projects
• Advise and support senior-level executives on strategic and operational issues
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports as needed
• Coordinate with human resources department on recruitment and retention efforts
• Plan and conduct training programs
• Perform market research on industry trends and competitors' products and services
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years experience in project management
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Project Software
• Strong knowledge of various programming languages, various software development tools, and data analysis techniques
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
