Job Brief:

We're looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist who can help us improve the quality of our products. As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for testing our products and identifying any areas that need improvement. You will also be required to create and maintain documentation relating to quality assurance procedures. If you have experience in quality assurance and are looking for a new challenge, then we want to hear from you!

Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist Duties:

  • Perform QA inspections of weekly sample shipments
  • Observe and document the quality of finished products
  • Communicate with suppliers and vendors to resolve quality issues
  • Order and test materials, and ensure that proper documentation is available
  • Maintain accurate records of test results and shipments
  • Provide feedback on product modifications and process changes
  • Participate in internal meetings
  • Act as a liaison between management, QA, and other staff members

Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Perform product testing, inspections, and audits, and provide quality control and assurance during manufacturing and construction
  • Develop and revise QA procedures, conduct orientation for new team members
  • Work with contractors and suppliers to develop, maintain, and audit quality assurance programs
  • Maintain comprehensive record of quality performance, including investigating complaints and product recall plans
