Record Producer Duties:

  • Ensure timely communication between clients, staff, and vendors
  • Meet or exceed company revenue, profit, and growth goals
  • Create and implement promotional strategies
  • Identify and develop new marketing channels
  • Create, manage, revise, write, and disseminate company’s marketing collateral
  • Develop company’s current marketing plan and sharpen its focus
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend new marketing opportunities
  • Develop and implement measures to measure marketing performance

Record Producer Responsibilities:

  • Create music, sound effects, and voice recordings for broadcast, film, and video game projects
  • Perform auditions for voice actors and musicians
  • Develop scripts and storylines for animation and video games
  • Proofread scripts and records
  • Perform sound effects for film, animation, and video games
  • Edit and process recordings
  • Perform voiceovers for film, animation, and video games
  • Assist with talent recordings
  • Assist with composers and musicians

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in broadcast communications or related field
  • 3+ years of experience producing and posting weekly content.
  • Knowledge of recording technology, including video and audio equipment and software
  • Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize projects
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with independent radio stations
