Job Brief:

We're looking for a Recruiter who can help us find the best candidates for our open positions. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting, sourcing, and screening candidates. They will be able to identify the best candidates for each position and help guide them through the hiring process.

Recruiter Duties:

  • Maintain a database of available personnel
  • Provide resources and support for contingent search activities
  • Research and determine employee and job qualifications
  • Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and give feedback to hiring managers
  • Negotiate compensation
  • Assist with processing new employees
  • Assist with processing relocations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Screen job applicants, select candidates for interviews, conduct testing, make hiring decisions, and perform other duties
  • Maintain and update job requisitions, including duties, skills, experience, and salary requirements
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and conduct in-person interviews
  • Track progress of selected candidates
  • Maintain up-to-date applicant and database records
  • Perform other duties as assigned
