Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Regional Manager to oversee our operations in the Southeast. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of salespeople and be able to hit the ground running. Regional Manager Duties:

  • Manage team and employees, directing project work and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Ensure all team members are following company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Encourage communication between team members
  • Develop annual performance metrics and budgets for project teams
  • Provide regular progress reports to management
  • Create a proactive, innovative work environment
  • Oversee projects from start to finish, assuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

Regional Manager Responsibilities:

  • Direct regional office staff, contractors, and safety, quality, and risk management professionals
  • Conduct interviews with candidates, select candidates, and hire qualified employees
  • Lead orientation and monthly meetings with regional office employees to review goals, objectives, and action plans, and make action plans
  • Develop and revise policies, procedures, and standards that strengthen operations
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase market penetration and sales
  • Maintain and improve relationships with key customers, vendors, and other suppliers
  • Maintain and update the SOW and preconstruction documents, and monitor contract obligations
  • Manage vendor contracts for materials and services

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s and/or MBA in finance, business, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in finance and management in same capacity
  • Knowledge of and ability to provide appropriate oversight of the financial structure and health of a branch
  • Solid computer skills and familiarity with QuickBooks
  • Excellent knowledge of banking products and services
