We're looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to join our team and help us promote our products and services in new and existing markets. As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies that will help us achieve our business goals. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating the work of our marketing team in the region. Regional Marketing Manager Duties:

  • Develop a marketing strategy for the company’s key markets and key accounts
  • Implement the plan, coordinating with managers, sales teams, and operations teams
  • Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective customers, providing feedback, building loyalty, and helping them solve problems
  • Review and assess the effectiveness of all marketing operations, focusing on driving key performance indicators and customer retention
  • Specifically: Drive revenue, brand awareness, and customer acquisition and retention
  • Identify additional commercialized channels

Regional Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Administer company's marketing initiatives, including creating and distributing print ads, brochures, direct mail, sales collateral, videos, and other marketing material
  • Develop and maintain customer and prospect databases; create and maintain the company’s website; manage the company’s social media presence
  • Conduct market research to determine the most profitable target audience and promotion approach; produce and execute marketing plans
  • Research potential competitors and evaluate competitive positions based on marketing opportunities
  • Conduct competitive analysis, product assessments, and procedures
  • Identify and develop new sales channels
  • Contribute to strategic and financial planning and goal setting
