Job Brief:

We’re looking for Registrar to fill a full-time, permanent position within our company. The Registrar will be responsible for the management and maintenance of student records, as well as providing support to students, staff, and faculty.

Registrar Duties:

  • Direct all activities of Admissions and Records department
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Admissions and Records staff
  • Oversee all student records, keep them confidential and secure, comply with applicable laws, and maintain accurate records
  • Oversee all departmental records management and storage
  • Manage all student admissions and records issues, including enrollment, transcripts, and general correspondence with students
  • Manage and coordinate academic records, including enrollment, transcripts, and enrollment verification
  • Direct scheduling, hiring, and scheduling of staff for Admissions and Records
  • Plan, coordinate, and direct activities of the Admissions and Records department
  • Direct and coordinate the general activities of the department and ensure adherence to standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the work of the department
  • Maintain accurate records of the department’s work and outcomes
  • Maintain accurate financial records; prepare all reports

Registrar Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties of a registrar, including assisting with site selection, negotiating lease, selling properties, and overseeing daily operations
  • Develop and maintain key partnerships, including architects, title companies, and attorneys
  • Maintain close relationships with clients and negotiate contracts and leases on a regular basis
  • Develop and maintain systems to track all data pertinent to the real estate portfolio
  • Ensure company information is accurately reported to external stakeholders such as investors and financing partners
  • Maintain property information, including photos, floor plans, and preformats, and experience listing and selling comparable property and properties
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and tenants
  • Maintain current knowledge of real estate licensing and tax laws
