Relationship Manager Duties:

  • Work closely with customers, contractors, and vendors to support and maintain business and customer relationships
  • Oversee the sales and marketing efforts of the operation
  • Promote systems and procedures that enhance the customer experience
  • Ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment
  • Provide effective leadership and management to employees

Relationship Manager Responsibilities:

  • Partner with client to develop individual business strategy and execution plans that deliver results, including new business development or retention programs
  • Implement and manage client relationship process, including quarterly reviews, business reviews, and annual budget preparation
  • Engage with client to identify emerging opportunities, establish new relationships and business, and enhance existing relationships
  • Recommend appropriate tools, services, or solutions, and execute sales programs to generate new business
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, coordinate activities, develop and implement best practices, and determine best practices
  • Coordinate and document procurement processes, and deliver outstanding client experiences

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field
  • 1+ year’s proven experience in sales and/or relationship management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain critical business relationships
