Job Brief

We're looking for a Retail Associate to work in our store. The ideal candidate will be friendly and outgoing, with a passion for providing excellent customer service. They will be responsible for helping customers find the products they need, and ensuring that the store is clean and tidy. If you have a strong work ethic and a desire to provide excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Retail Associate Duties

-Maintain a high level of customer service by greeting customers enthusiastically and promoting a positive image to the visitors
-Provide service to customers by answering questions and resolving complaints
-Continuously work on merchandising and displays to reflect the store image
-Possess a working knowledge of all department store sales strategies
-Work hard to maintain and develop relationships with customers
-Encourage sales by recommending and displaying new and best-selling merchandise and products
-Assist customers in finding merchandise and navigating through the store
-Follow-up with customers after sales to improve customer satisfaction

Retail Associate Responsibilities

-Assist customers with their selections at the register, restock shelves, and shoplift prevention
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
-Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and directing them to appropriately staffed departments
-Maintain accurate pricing, inventory, and product information
-Perform other duties as assigned
