Job Brief:

We're looking for a Retail Sales Consultant to join our team and help us grow our business. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting with potential customers, identifying their needs, and helping them find the right products and services to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Retail Sales Consultant Duties:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships; create and maintain a base of repeat customers
  • Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers’ needs, answering their questions, and resolving any issues
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, assisting customers with product selection and advising them on suitable matching products
  • Assist with sales process by engaging customers; explain features and benefits of products; explain pricing options
  • Encourage customer visits by providing sales incentives, drawing potential customers to the website, and providing them information on return policies
  • Identify clients’ product and service needs and provide solutions

Retail Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with retail customers
  • Research and identify potential customers
  • Contact potential and existing customers, schedule visits, and provide updates on sales, promotions, and product availability
  • Make cold calls to sell products to customers
