Retention Specialist Duties

  • Act as liaison between employees, management, and HR in order to promote open communication, address concerns, and solve problems

Retention Specialist Responsibilities

  • Retain current customers, increase customer satisfaction, decrease attrition, and develop strong referral sources

  • Create monthly reports to track retention metrics, including client retention rates, client satisfaction, and sales conversion
  • Responsible for keeping track of all customer, internal, and vendor information, including prospect data, sales order information, and demographics

  • Follow up with prospects to generate sales inquiries
  • Identify trends and recommend and implement new retention strategies
  • Work with various teams to generate retention marketing plans
  • Develop and manage new customer activation programs
  • Research market conditions and identify new potential referral sources
  • Oversee implementation of retention programs; advise on new and innovative retention strategies

Requirements And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years’ relevant experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
