Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Sales Advisor who is passionate about helping people find the right products for their needs and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and people skills, be detail oriented, and have a positive, can-do attitude.

Sales Advisor Duties:

  • Develop and execute a strategy for meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and market knowledge, all in a consultative sales environment
  • Develop a professional and effective sales approach that is used with all customers, and that has appropriate follow-up and follow through
  • Communicate with internal departments regarding customer needs
  • Research competitive products, pricing, and market conditions
  • Assist customers as needed in selecting a product and in using the product
  • Manage a well-informed, enthusiastic, and efficient sales team
  • Develop, implement, and maintain successful sales forecasting and budgeting process
  • Develop, implement, and maintain sales strategy
  • Review and approve all sales contracts
