Job Brief:

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team and help grow our business. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads and business opportunities, and developing relationships with potential customers. If you are a motivated self-starter with a track record of success in sales, we want to hear from you!

Sales Development Representative Duties:

  • Acquire new business by cold-calling, networking, and contacting decision-makers
  • Develop new business relationships by cold-calling and interviewing potential prospects

  • Meet with new and existing clients to discuss product and service offerings
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including developing sales presentations, creating marketing materials, and participating in meetings
  • Work with other teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Manage and lead a team of sales development representatives

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the construction, home improvement, or building materials industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of home improvement and building products preferred
  • Experience selling in a competitive environment preferred
