Sales Officer Duties:

  • Design, create, and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Develop marketing strategies to grow customer base and increase revenue
  • Establish and maintain good customer relationships

Sales Officer Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales manager with developing sales plans and action plans; develop new business leads; prepare and service customer accounts
  • Implement and maintain sales tracking and monitoring systems
  • Oversee the processes involved in closing business transactions with customers
  • Perform competitive analysis, market research, and product assessment
  • Conduct presentations, attend trade shows and events to promote products
  • Develop and maintain cooperative selling relationships
  • Maintain and update sales reports, budgets, and forecasts

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years’ sales experience in a commercial real estate brokerage environment
  • Strong professionalism, excellent communication skills, and positive attitude
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, and strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
