Job Brief:

We're looking for a Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our business. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and customer service, and will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you are a go-getter with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed, we want to hear from you!

Sales Representative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities and customers
  • Generate new business by networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive sales plan
  • Meet with new and existing customers to evaluate their needs and advise them of the services
  • Negotiate contract terms
  • Advise customers on products and services
  • Make sales presentations to current and potential customers
  • Promote company products and services to potential clients

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Identify and make contact with prospective and current customers; develop relationships with customers and prospects throughout the sales process; identify and qualify sales leads
  • Practice effective account management, with a goal of high customer retention
  • Perform market research to identify profitable and underserved markets
  • Track sales performance, and collaborate with management to improve market share
  • Work closely with marketing to develop and implement sales campaigns
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maintain and grow sales and customer base
