Sales Training Specialist Duties:

  • Create and deliver on-site and online safety training programs to help customers comply with OSHA training requirements
  • Incorporate national and organizational best practices into training programs
  • Provide effective training solutions for a diverse customer base
  • Engage in training of new employees, as assigned

Sales Training Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Design and facilitate training initiatives aligned with company goals
  • Create, execute, and manage training curriculum and content
  • Develop and facilitate Sales Training Plans, including training needs analysis, training evaluation, and implementation
  • Develop and facilitate ongoing sales/salesperson training
  • Assist with company wide sales meetings
  • Provide guidance to Sales Representatives on topics related to Sales Training Plans

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field with 0-3 years’ sales experience
