Job Brief:

We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator to manage our Salesforce org. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce administration, data management, and user support.

Salesforce Administrator Duties:

  • Integrate Salesforce into business processes to support company goals and meet customer demand
  • Implement Salesforce solutions, ensuring data integrity and quality
  • Provide superior customer service
  • Assist with configuration and data management for all Salesforce applications
  • Supervise Salesforce user adoption, training, and maintenance
  • Establish and maintain Salesforce security policies
  • Manage the Salesforce licensing contract

Salesforce Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal departments to define business and functional requirements, including questions, tasks, and routing, and propose appropriate Salesforce licenses
  • Research and resolve technical issues as well as maintain and troubleshoot Salesforce-based solutions
  • Maintain and automate business processes using custom objects and workflow rules, and document enhancements and maintenance tasks
  • Analyze and prioritize work assigned, and effectively communicate with internal departments to resolve issues
  • Create and maintain documentation to support business applications, including metadata, custom objects, reports, and workflows
  • Create and maintain test environments for software testing
  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to support applications
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards, including dashboards, reports, and data loaders
  • Utilize Salesforce interface tools, including APIs, reports, and configuration tools
  • Utilize Apex code to manage Salesforce data
