Scheduling Coordinator Duties:

  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and over-all project activities
  • Assume responsibility for weekly, monthly, and yearly tasks
  • Manage daily departmental operations, including organizing and controlling inventory, purchasing, and hiring
  • Analyze and forecast inventory requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial data
  • Compile and report data on inventory, costs, and revenues

Scheduling Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling to ensure that workers are in the right place at the right time, and that projects meet deadlines
  • Coordinate with other departments to schedule and revise project schedules to meet deliverable deadlines
