Job Brief:

We're looking for a School Administrator to oversee the daily operations of the school. The administrator will be responsible for the safety and well-being of the students and staff. The administrator will also be responsible for the budget and for ensuring that the school runs smoothly.

School Administrator Duties:

  • Design, implement, and monitor school programs that promote student success
  • Work with stakeholders to participate in program development and review
  • Advise staff of school policies and procedures
  • Maintain relationships with staff and parents
  • Supervise operations of school
  • Oversee curriculum development, assessment, and evaluation
  • Recruit, select, train, and evaluate teachers

  • Review performance data, instructional materials, instruction, and student performance
