Job Brief:

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Senior Consultant Duties:

  • Ensures that corporate goals and client needs are successfully achieved
  • Assigns and monitors consultants, ensuring that they adhere to the company's quality standards, and that their skills are used effectively
  • Ensures that consultants time, workload, and priorities are properly balanced
  • Assists in the development of consultants skill sets and on-the-job experience
  • Provides guidance to mixed teams of consultants and employees

Senior Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Attend sales calls and take orders, including processing payments, preparing proposals, and scheduling installation
  • Create and maintain construction documents, including new architectural and enclosure drawings, proposal outlines, and meeting minutes
  • Review architectural and enclosure drawings and specifications; develop scopes of work and change order descriptions
  • Perform field inspections, and prepare recommendations for change orders
  • Develop job schedules and pricing
  • Manage subcontractor and vendor selection
  • Coordinate and communicate with project team members
  • Manage project changes
  • Update CRM records
  • Maintain project files

Requirements And Skills:

  • Graduate of an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related field; or graduate-level coursework in civil engineering, construction management or a related field; or 3+ years progressive work experience in civil engineering and/or construction management
  • Minimum 6 years of experience with civil Engineering
