Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Service Plumber with experience in servicing and repairing plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and be able to troubleshoot and solve problems.

Service Plumber Duties:

  • Maintain and repair furnaces, boilers, water heaters, and dishwashers
  • Maintain and repair clogged drains, sinks, and toilets
  • Install and replace piping, fixtures, and water heaters
  • Install air conditioning units
  • Install and repair garbage disposals
  • Acknowledged plumbing license

Service Plumber Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair all plumbing and drainage systems, perform maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting, and handle all service calls for plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems
  • Provide emergency response services as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
  • Train and supervise assigned staff, and evaluate their performance, and document all job-related issues
  • Complete plumbing projects within approved budgets
  • Complete repair orders, including analysis of work requests and fabrication of cost estimates

Requirements And Skills:

  • 3+ years’ proven experience in service plumbing
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read and understand plumbing codes
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize multiple problems with minimal supervision
