Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Shipping Manager to oversee the entire shipping operation of our company. This includes managing the shipping department, warehouse, and logistics.

Shipping Manager Duties:

• Complete all shipping-related tasks according to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain close communication with shipping departments to ensure accurate and timely distribution of goods
• Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies and problems
• Manage and supervise all shipping activities
• Ensur[e] all shipments meet shipping specifications and comply with all shipping regulations
• Provide feedback to management on ways to improve shipping processes

Shipping Manager Responsibilities:

Requirements And Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 3+ years experience in a shipping and operations management role
• Solid knowledge of shipping, operations, and inventory control methods
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Exhibits strong organizational skills, attention to detail
