Job Brief:

We're looking for a Spa Therapist to join our team and provide our clients with the highest quality of service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their work and have a strong desire to provide exceptional service to our clients. They will be responsible for providing a variety of treatments to our clients, including massages, facials, and body treatments. They will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work area.

Spa Therapist Duties:

  • Oversee staff, implement policies, and administer programs within fitness environment
  • Elicit, record, and analyze clients’ fitness levels and needs
  • Implement and monitor corrective exercise plans to improve clients’ fitness levels
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, training, and activities
  • Assist with employment, training, and discharge of staff
  • Train staff in developing exercise programs for clients
  • Maintain cleanliness of facility
  • Enforce policies, regulations, and procedures
  • Attend seminars, workshops, or conferences to improve qualifications

Spa Therapist Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary customer service to guests
  • Instruct guest in treatments and procedures
  • Provide in-spa services, such as manicures and pedicures
  • Perform pre- and post-spa product demonstrations
  • Assist in spa marketing and promotions
  • Attend mandatory training and workshops
  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the spa, including inventory control
  • Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, billing, and answering phones
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas and treatment rooms
