• Implement and monitor corrective exercise plans to improve clients’ fitness levels
• Manage and coordinate schedules, training, and activities
• Assist with employment, training, and discharge of staff
• Train staff in developing exercise programs for clients
• Maintain cleanliness of facility
• Enforce policies, regulations, and procedures
• Attend seminars, workshops, or conferences to improve qualifications

Spa Therapist Responsibilities:

• Provide exemplary customer service to guests
• Instruct guest in treatments and procedures
• Provide in-spa services, such as manicures and pedicures
• Perform pre- and post-spa product demonstrations
• Assist in spa marketing and promotions
• Attend mandatory training and workshops
• Assist in day-to-day operations of the spa, including inventory control
• Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, billing, and answering phones

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas and treatment rooms

Requirements And Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in spa therapy, cosmetology, or related field
• 2+ years of spa- or salon-related work experience
