Job Brief

We're looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our team and help us keep things running smoothly. As our Staffing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating the schedules of our employees and making sure that everyone is where they need to be. You'll also be responsible for keeping track of our employee records and ensuring that all of our documentation is up to date. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and good at keeping track of many moving parts, then we want you on our team!

Staffing Coordinator Duties

  • Manage all recruiting and hiring processes, including screening, prescreening, interviewing, and documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service to company clients
  • Co-ordinate and process recruitment efforts including accomplishment of key metrics
  • Maintain a flawless candidate and client database
  • Research and proactively recommend applicant methods for sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Accomplish compliance in all aspects of recruiting and hiring
  • Draft and grade job applications
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Handle and build client relationships, schedule applicants, conduct screening interviews, and match candidates with jobs
  • Provide and enforce all company policies regarding employee conduct, performance, and compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws
  • Manage the on-boarding and annual review process
  • Train new employees on company concepts, culture, and procedures
  • Maintain daily and monthly reporting systems
  • Create advertising schedules for job postings
  • Communicate with hiring managers and team members to process work orders
  • Maintain and update the HR-related database
  • Assist with monthly HR and payroll reporting
  • Assist with annual safety program review
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements and Skills
