We’re looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our team and help us keep things running smoothly. As our Staffing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the schedules of our employees and making sure that everyone is where they need to be. You’ll also be responsible for keeping track of our employee records and ensuring that all of our documentation is up to date. Staffing Coordinator Duties

  • Manage all recruiting and hiring processes, including screening, prescreening, interviewing, and documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service to company clients
  • Co-ordinate and process recruitment efforts including accomplishment of key metrics
  • Maintain a flawless candidate and client database
  • Research and proactively recommend applicant methods for sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Accomplish compliance in all aspects of recruiting and hiring
  • Draft and grade job applications
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities
