Job Brief:

We're looking for Staffing Specialist to help us find the best candidates for our company. You will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting interviews, and helping us make the best hires for our team. If you have experience in human resources or recruiting, we want you on our team!

Staffing Specialist Duties:

  • Develop a job description for each position, including duties, physical requirements, and other necessary information
  • Arrange for interviews, testing, and hiring of personnel
  • Follow up on job offers, ensuring new employees have the information needed to effectively perform their duties
  • Prepare reports, charts, and records necessary
  • Manage employee benefits as needed
