Job Brief:

We're looking for Store Manager to oversee our retail operations and ensure that our store runs smoothly and efficiently. The Store Manager will be responsible for hiring and training new employees, ordering inventory, and keeping the store organized and tidy. We're looking for a reliable and experienced individual who can take charge of our store and ensure that our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Store Manager Duties:

  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Provide accurate, thorough, and timely reports on sales, profits, costs, and account status
  • Identify potential sales trends, as well as provide feedback on customer operational issues
  • Maintain inventory control by monitoring sales performance
  • Develop a sales plan through creative marketing strategies
  • Increase sales through productive advertising, promotions, and events

Store Manager Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, operate, and develop the profitability of existing stores by recruiting, hiring, and training personnel; planning and assigning work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; and maintaining a safe, clean, and well-stocked store environment; working with corporate offices to learn about company operations; and monitoring all operational metrics
  • Develop and implement store programs, policies and procedures, including marketing, sales, merchandising, human resources, and store operations
  • Develop budgets and strategies for growth based on store performance
  • Enforce all policies and procedures
  • Research, evaluate, and apply new technologies
  • Oversee other store operations while maximizing store productivity, sales, and service
