The store manager is the position responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the operations of the overall retail store.

Job Brief:

We’re looking for Store Manager to oversee our retail operations and ensure that our store runs smoothly and efficiently. The Store Manager will be responsible for hiring and training new employees, ordering inventory, and keeping the store organized and tidy. We’re looking for a reliable and experienced individual who can take charge of our store and ensure that our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Store Manager Duties:

  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Provide accurate, thorough, and timely reports on sales, profits, costs, and account status
  • Identify potential sales trends, as well as provide feedback on customer operational issues
  • Maintain inventory control by monitoring sales performance
  • Develop a sales plan through creative marketing strategies
  • Increase sales through productive advertising, promotions, and events

Store Manager Responsibilities:
