Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Supervisor to manage our team of customer service representatives.

Supervisor Duties:

  • Develop action plans with managers to improve employee performance
  • Communicate with employees to provide clear objectives, evaluate progress, and provide feedback
  • Oversee, coordinate, and monitor staff activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Perform staff evaluations to identify skill weaknesses

Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and delegate tasks to middle management and quality control, while accomplishing your own goals
  • Manage schedules, daily activities, and personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating performance, and terminating employees
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory of parts, materials, and equipment
  • Maintain order and cleanliness of assigned work areas, equipment, tools, and vehicles
  • Maintain and develop positive working relationships with managers, employees, and customers
  • Assist in devising workplace policies and procedures
  • Maintain and update SOW and preconstruction documents, and monitor contract obligations with a goal of building relationships with reliable contractors and vendors
  • Develop and update project schedules, budgets, and plans, and advise on any changes
  • Track and document project progress
  • Assign and manage work assignments
  • Maintain and update project schedules and budgets

Requirements And Skills:

  • Clean Driving Record
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering
  • 5+ years experience in the electrical industry
  • Must have the ability to communicate with clients in a professional manner
  • Must have the ability to work with customers, subcontractors and vendors
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Must be able coordinate multiple
