Sushi Chef Responsibilities:

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field with 3 years of relevant experience; extensive sushi experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate in Japanese preferred, but not required
  • Ability to consistently deliver high quality food in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain food safety practices at all times
  • Ability to work a flexible
