Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Table Games Dealer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing table games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, and Poker. They will be responsible for providing an enjoyable and entertaining experience for our guests, as well as maintaining the integrity of the game.

Table Games Dealer Duties:

  • Initiate, maintain, and terminate relationships with casino customers
  • Help customers sign up and make deposits; ensure promotional participation
  • Uncover customer’s particular needs and hone appropriate responses to address them
  • Maintain customer confidentiality
  • Develop customer relationships by questioning prospective and existing customers, researching customer needs, and recommending and proposing products
