The Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) is the person responsible for managing the recruitment, hiring, and training of all new employees.

The TAM manages all stages of the recruitment process, including developing sourcing strategies, preparing job advertisements, screening applications and conducting interviews.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our company. Talent Acquisition Manager Duties:

  • Develop talent acquisition and retention plans
  • Conduct audits and market research to identify new sources of talent
  • Create job postings and optimize job descriptions
  • Partner with HR Team to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies

Talent Acquisition Manager Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and retention), and administer all personnel policies and procedures
  • Identify, source, and recruit candidates for all openings, including full-time, part-time, and contract positions
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies, and source passive candidates
  • Post job openings on job boards, conduct candidate screenings, and conduct interviews, including phone and in-person
  • Recommend hiring decisions, and maintain personnel files
  • Prepare follow-up reports on recruitment
  • Manage the employment process from hire to termination (including offer letters, employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance reviews, terminations, and exit interviews)
  • Conduct background checks and drug tests
  • Conduct exit interviews for departing employees
  • Perform other human resources-related tasks as needed

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
  • 5+ years experience in talent acquisition and staffing
  • Knowledge of staffing industry best practices
  • Knowledge of recruiting tools and methods
  • Experience creating and maintaining databases
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
