We're looking for an experienced Talent Director to help us identify and recruit top talent for our company. Talent Director Duties:

  • Identify, source, recruit, interview, and hire top talent
  • Develop, formulate, implement, and oversee talent acquisition strategies
  • Develop talent acquisition campaign plans
  • Create, maintain, and track organizational talent pipeline
  • Develop and maintain effective talent acquisition metrics
  • Assign, monitor, and follow up on recruitment efforts
  • Develop promotional plans
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective employee relations
  • Translate business data into competitive talent strategies
  • Provide insight and guidance to managers and employees on talent acquisition and retention
  • Provide consultation to managers on hiring practices
  • Provide counsel to hiring managers on hiring practices

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to employees

Talent Director Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruitment coordinators to develop and source a diverse pool of qualified candidates for open positions
  • Recognize, advance, and support internal talent while collaborating with HR business partners
  • Develop, manage, and implement a recruiting strategy to meet hiring needs and objectives
  • Work closely with hiring managers to assess the overall cultural fit of candidate and team
  • Execute ongoing recruiting activities to source talent and retain employees
  • Develop and maintain a database of candidates
  • Schedule interviews
  • Screen candidates and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Develop hiring strategies for diverse talent
  • Train hiring managers on interviewing techniques and counsel them on recruiting best practices
  • Develop and implement advertising campaigns
  • Create detailed job postings and update applicant tracking system
  • Recommend a roadmap for talent acquisition
  • Perform daily reporting
  • Develop annual hiring plans, budgets, and forecasts
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate submissions
