As our Talent Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions. Talent Manager Duties

  • Monitor recruitment and hiring activities, verifying that all applicants meet job requirements
  • Identify, interview, and hire potential team members
  • Develop and implement interview and candidate feedback strategies
  • Provide personalized coaching and mentoring to subordinates and new hires
  • Work with human resource personnel to ensure job vacancy postings and recruiting procedures are followed
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbally

Talent Manager Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, hire, retain, and develop direct reports and develop high potential employees
  • Conduct employee assessments, provide ongoing feedback, and develop employees’ career paths
  • Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Review performance data to evaluate job effectiveness and monitor employee progress
  • Maintain and update employee files
  • Oversee benefits administration, payroll, recordkeeping, and responds to employee inquiries

  • Engage with senior leadership to within the organization
  • Communicate effectively with internal employees, customers, and vendors
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or Human Relations
  • 1+ years experience in human resources
  • Proven experience in managing talent recruitment, selection, retention, and development
  • Proven knowledge of employment law and practices
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
