Team Member Duties:

  • Provide quality service for both internal and external customers
  • Responsible for conducting routine preventative maintenance
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment
  • Conduct job safety observations and reports
  • Conduct construction safety observations and reports
  • Perform daily inspections
  • Maintain standard operating policies and procedures
  • Perform daily quality control checks
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness

Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Perform general construction activities, such as cutting and moving materials, assisting engineers with setups, lifting up to 100 pounds, performing basic plumbing work, and covering and moving materials
  • Perform upkeep procedures on tools and equipment, such as checking fluids, cleaning filters, and replacing worn parts
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements And Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, squat, and climb stairs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow verbal and written directions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
