Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Technical Advisor who can help us with our project. We need someone who is an expert in the field and can help us make sure that we’re on the right track.

Technical Advisor Duties:

  • Identify and contact new employees
  • Provide positive onboarding experience
  • Provide ongoing training
  • Interact with employees to identify and resolve issues
  • Identify and deliver new training initiatives
  • Maintain effective performance review system
  • Create and maintain talent pipeline
  • Exceed company goals through consistent, high-quality service

Technical Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Assist with development and deployment of new technologies that are both functional and appropriate
  • Assist with system analysis and design
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases to coordinate application integration
  • Maintain application documentation and help support product evolution by coordinating with internal teams
  • Participate in training of technical and non-technical personnel, including active mentoring of junior staff members
  • Continue to learn new technologies and innovative solutions to current challenges
  • Oversee quality assurance of software, applications, and systems
  • Perform other duties and tasks as needed

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in engineering, science, or a related field
  • 3+ years experience in technical support
  • Knowledge of technical products, applications, and protocols
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software; knowledge of network protocols
