Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Technical Architect to join our team. You will be responsible for leading the technical design and implementation of our products and solutions. You will need to have a strong technical background and be able to work closely with our development team to ensure that our products are built to the highest standards. Technical Architect Duties:

  • Maintain knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and products
  • Provide guidance to others on achieving project goals
  • Define performance metrics for project completion and success
  • Encourage and challenge innovation and creativity
  • Develop and maintain project budgets
  • Develop and maintain documentation
  • Oversee and manage subcontractors, vendors, and vendors
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and others, facilitating smooth project flow
  • Identify and prioritize project requirements, goals and objectives, and challenges to leadership and management
  • Develop and maintain accurate project records
  • Use developing and implementing proactive departmental policies and procedures to increase departmental efficiency
  • Produce technical reference documents, standards, and reports
  • Ensure effective communications and collaboration with management, staff, and vendors
  • Perform other job-related duties as required

Technical Architect Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed technical drawings of construction, support new and existing technologies, and provide technical support to sales staff
  • Create project plans and scope of work documents, analyze, design, and validate system specifications, and collaborate with sales and engineering staff to develop proposal responses
  • Evaluate, select, and implement solution technology based on current and future business needs
  • Research, select, and prototype hardware and software solutions
  • Provide technical advice to management team regarding systems integration, and provide technical support to project teams
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical drawings of construction, support new and existing technologies, and provide technical support to sales staff

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
  • 5+ years work experience in IT architecture, IT project management, or IT integration
  • Strong knowledge of industry standard databases and toolchains
  • Strong knowledge of current development tools and standards, including version
