Job Brief:

We’re looking for Technical Trainer to help our team expand their skills and knowledge. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for providing training and development opportunities for our team members. This includes identifying training needs, developing training plans, and delivering training. The Technical Trainer will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training and making improvements as needed.

Technical Trainer Duties:

  • Provide on-site training, preparing manuals, and conducting courses for whole teams
  • Prepare, conduct, and evaluate training seminars
  • Evaluate and document training materials
  • Provide feedback to employees for improvement

Technical Trainer Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and deliver technical training courses
