The ideal candidate will have experience working with a wide range of electronic equipment and be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Technician Duties:

  • Ensure that installation and construction activities are done in accordance with all quality standards and requirements of the contract
  • Oversee all on-site projects by coordinating and overseeing all activities
  • Direct work activities to ensure quality
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality standards are met
  • Manage labor resources to ensure timely completion of work
  • Produce detailed daily reports detailing activities and timelines
  • Work with architects and engineers to coordinate work
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Answer questions and concerns from clients
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Discuss sales performance with management

Technician Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties of a Mechanic, such as servicing vehicles
  • Maintain and update preventative maintenance schedules
  • Conduct pre- and post-driving inspections
  • Assist with vehicle delivery
  • Perform warranty repairs
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle service and repairs

Requirements And Skills:

  • Proven experience in a repair, maintenance, or HVAC position
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Highly proficient with an air conditioner
  • Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications
