The telecommunications manager is responsible for ensuring that an organization’s telecommunications network is functioning properly.

Job Brief:

We are looking for a Telecommunications Manager who can help us improve our communication systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and configuring telecommunication systems, as well as experience in troubleshooting any problems that may arise. They will also be responsible for maintaining our existing systems and ensuring that they are up to date. Telecommunications Manager Duties:

  • Advise and recommend improvements for telecommunications systems
  • Manage all telecommunications and network operations, maintenance and service contracts
  • Oversee development of invoices, reports, and other billing and collections processes

  • Engage with contractors, consultants, and vendors on telecommunications-related projects
  • Manage contract obligations with customers and vendors
  • Analyze network performance to design, install, and optimize networks

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering or telecommunications systems management
  • Knowledge of telecommunications systems and design; ability to coordinate and supervise the installation, configuration, and testing of telecommunications equipment
  • Ability to resolve complex problems
  • Good oral and written communication skills and project management skills
