Telesales Executive Duties:

  • Ensure customers are provided timely responses to their inquiries and requests for information
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential customers
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner
  • Establish and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain knowledge of product, pricing, and services
  • Provide appropriate feedback to others regarding any inefficiencies or areas for improvement
  • Ensure regular contact with the Sales Director and management team
  • Establish and maintain relationships with other departments (such as marketing and customer service)
  • Maintain professionalism with clients at all times
  • Continue to build customer relationships and stay abreast of customer preferences and needs
  • Understand customers’ concerns, complaints, and problems and respond accordingly
  • Seek training as needed to advance job position
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Telesales Executive Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound sales support including email, phone, and chat, and sell products and subscriptions to new and existing customers
  • Research customers’ business needs to find appropriate solutions using knowledge of products, services, and pricing
  • Implement outbound calling campaigns or directly contact prospective customers, qualifying them to determine the best solution and closing the sale
  • Develop relationships with clients through the sales process
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customers’ needs through call handling, troubleshooting, and follow up
  • Contact customers to inform about product upgrades and enhancements
  • Generate sales leads through prospecting and referrals
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of proven experience selling B2B solutions
  • Strong ability in relationship building and establishing communication lines with key individuals
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain customer trust
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
