Job Brief:

We're looking for a Telesales Representative to join our team and help us expand our business. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, building relationships with them, and closing sales. If you are a driven individual with a knack for sales, then we want you on our team!

Telesales Representative Duties:

  • Provide support to employees as needed
  • Create and maintain effective working relationships with customers
  • Conduct regular sales calls with potential customers
  • Use best practices in sales and customer service strategies
  • Research customer and company information to determine needs
  • Promote company products and services
  • Meet or exceed sales goals
  • Oversee all administrative duties
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Record all calls into CRM

Telesales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with existing customers and prospects
  • Oversee and record all transactions and interactions with customers, prospects, and others
  • Write and edit sales emails, data sheets, and marketing materials
  • Meet and exceed daily sales goals by cold
