Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Toll Collector to join our team! As a Toll Collector, you will be responsible for collecting tolls and providing excellent customer service to our customers. If you are a friendly and outgoing individual with a positive attitude, we want you on our team!

Toll Collector Duties:

  • Investigate, record, and resolve customer complaints
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and management

Toll Collector Responsibilities:

  • 3+ years’ experience as toll collector in road construction, highway maintenance, or other related field
  • Knowledge of construction methods and technologies
  • Knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of jobsite safety practices required

  • Collect tolls and inform drivers of toll rates and procedures
  • Perform administrative tasks, including entering data into toll collection system, maintaining records of toll transactions, and entering data into financial system
