We're looking for a Tow Truck Operator to work in our company. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. They will also be responsible for operating the tow truck, loading and unloading vehicles, and providing customer service.
Tow Truck Operator Duties:
- Tow vehicles along designated routes or on city streets
- Assist stranded motorists in emergency situations
- Take tow requests over the phone and dispatch vehicles as required
- Follow proper procedures for towing vehicles as well as maintaining and repairing vehicles
- Answer customer inquiries, complaints, and questions
- Oversee vehicle maintenance activities
Tow Truck Operator Responsibilities:

- Follow customer dispatch instructions
- Accept payment from customers when billed
