Job Brief:

We're looking for a Traffic Acquisition Manager who can help us increase our website traffic. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract more visitors to our site. They will also be responsible for monitoring website traffic levels and analyzing how our traffic acquisition efforts are performing. Traffic Acquisition Manager Duties:

  • Build and maintain relationships with local technology leaders, industry influencers, and community leaders to attract new companies and talent to Peoria
  • Oversee the company’s social media presence on active social media profiles
  • Analyze, monitor, and report on Peoria’s local market
  • Ensure the company’s marketing campaigns are executed with a high level of success and effectiveness
  • Create and oversee content marketing strategies to drive new business and prospects to Peoria
  • Work with company leadership to develop and implement a public relations strategy
  • Develop and oversee networking events and conferences to drive new business development
  • Oversee all marketing activities, print collateral, brochures, and website content
  • Oversee all advertising
  • Develop and manage the company’s website
  • Oversee the company’s communications and public relations activities
  • Maintain accurate records of all contacts and activities
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s competitive advantages
  • Other duties as assigned

Traffic Acquisition Manager Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business owners and brokers to market our properties, including email blasts, phone calls, and direct mail campaigns
  • Thrivent in social media by engaging customers on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Create after-occupancy reports and track ROI for traffic acquisitions
  • Track marketing efforts with detailed reports on all social media, online, and printed advertising
  • Provide weekly reports on the status of marketing campaigns to senior management
  • Resolve complaints from customers regarding traffic acquisitions
  • Act as liaison between tenants and brokers
