We’re looking for a Transition Manager to help us with our transition to a new way of doing things.

Transition Manager Duties:

  • Manage and coordinate a large, complex, or critical change for an organization
  • Tolerate conflict that arises during change
  • Ensure that change activities are implemented as planned
  • Maintain schedule, budget, and staffing needs
  • Track how each task is performed
  • Direct and oversee transitions
  • Promote and support new change initiatives

Transition Manager Responsibilities:

  • Assist in transition of construction management to operations
  • Coordinate repair, maintenance, and improvement work, and oversee work completion
  • Direct timely and accurate invoicing and receipt of payment
  • Ensure all job-related documentation is archived and complete
  • Ensure that all work areas are clean and organized in a clean, safe, and tidy manner at the end of each day
  • Assist in the hiring and training of new employees, and assist with on-boarding, orientation, and training

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of relevant conservation or environmental experience
