Travel Agent Job Description

A travel agent is a person or company who acts as an intermediary between the customer and the provider of travel-related services, such as airlines, hotels, and car rental agencies.

A travel agent is a person who receives payment for their services from the customer, who then pays the provider directly.

Travel agents generally receive a small commission from the provider for each trip they book.

A travel agent may also sell travel-related services.

For example, they may book airline tickets, hotel rooms, tours, or cruises.

Employers and self-employed individuals can also be travel agents.
