We’re looking for a Travel Agent to join our team. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for booking travel for our clients and helping them plan their dream vacations. If you have a passion for travel and a desire to help others, then we want to hear from you!

Travel Agent Duties:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, suppliers, and industry partners

  • Monitor airline’s on-time performance, verify air carrier contracts for competitive pricing, and ensure proper processing of payments for services
  • Assist customers in preparing travel documents
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Provide support to other teams as needed

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar degree
  • 2+ years experience in travel industry
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of airlines and flights
  • Knowledge of reservations systems and travel products
